Partner WOD with James & Laura

Today will be a partner WOD where one person will be moving the other will be resting. Events include –

Air Squat
Pull-ups
Back Squats
Shoulder Press/Push Press/Push Jerk
and a little run

As for the sequence and the specifics, you will have to come on in to find out!

Hope to see you all on Saturday! Class times are 0800 & 0900.
