“The Naughty List”

10 Minute EMOM of Ground to Overhead + 1 every round. (Men: Beginner 95, Intermediate 115, Advanced 135. Women: Beginner 65, Intermediate 80, Advanced 95.
Example:
1st min 1 C+J
2nd min 2 C+J
3rd min 3 C+J and so on.

1 min rest

The Experiment (CFNS WOD from 13 February 2010)
Round 1 (1 minute) Do as many air squats as possible in 1 minute
Round 2 (1 minute) Subtract the number of air squats completed in round 1 from 60, this will be the number of pull-ups required to continue on to the next round.
Round 3 (1 minute) repeat round 1
Round 4 (1 minute) Subtract the number of air squats completed in round 3 from 60, this will be the number of push ups required to continue on to the next round.

Continue this cycle until unable to complete the required exercises in the allotted time.
15 min minimum time
30 min max time cap part 2
score is completed C+J completed in time limit + rounds of the experiment.
