16 min AMRAP
First 4 minutes of AMRAP will be a Row for Calorie Tabata (8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest).

In the remaining 12 minutes complete the following for reps:
200M Run
10 SDLHP (95/65)
10 Deck Squats

Score is total Calories rowed in Tabata added to SDLHP Reps & Deck Squat Reps completed.
