You will rock this WOD
More back squats!!!


Every 90 seconds execute 3 Back Squats @ 90% of 1RM for 7 sets.

(Partner up and adjust weight as needed)

Then for time:

50 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

100 Situps

100 KB Swings(2p/1.5p)

Partition reps however you see fit.
