“Fight Gone Worse”
In this workout you move from each of the five stations after one minute. It does not matter what station you start at, but you must follow them in order. The events are:
- Wall-ball Sit-ups
- Sumo deadlift high-pull (2p/1.5pd)
- Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
- Thrusters (75/50)
- Cone Course
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of “rotate,” the athlete must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the cone course where each time completed counts as a rep. Each athlete will complete 5 rounds with a ONE minute break between rounds.
