Reminder:  We changed our Friday noon class to 1:30 pm.

10 rounds of:

1 minute to:

4 Power Cleans (135/95)

100 m Sprint (50 m down & 50 m back)

4 Power Cleans

1 minute rest

Scoring:  for every second you come in under the 1 minute time you get a point; conversely for every second over the 1 minute time frame 1 point will be deducted.  Additionally, the longer time spent executing the movements, the less rest time.
