4 people on a team. Each team must complete 3 exercises before they move onto the next 3 exercises. Only 3 people can be working at one time, 1 person resting. Exercises and reps can be divided any way,but each person must do a minium of 25 reps per exercise.

Set 1: 100 Calorie row, 100 Box jumps(24/20), 100 KB OHS (.75p /.5)

Set 2: 100 Calorie Air Dyne, 100 Pullups, 100 Paralette pass thru

Set 3: 100 D/U, 100 Situps, 100 Weighted deck squat push press (.75 and .5)

25 min time cap
