PALEO CHALLENGE WEEK 1 REQUIREMENTS

Alright, this week will bring you 2 challenges/requirements – the CrossFit Total and one additional WOD of your choice to submit for grading. We will do this again towards the end of the Challenge.

CrossFit Total is your ONE REP MAX of the following 3 lifts: Shoulder Press, Back Squat and Deadlift

CrossFit Totals can be done on the following dates and times this week:
M/T/Th/F @ CrossFit Templar
0530 – 0630 OR 1800-1900

Wed @ CrossFit Blacksite during normal hours
0530, 0930, 1645 and 1745

****YOU MUST SIGN-UP VIA MINDBODY JUST AS YOU WOULD A REGULAR WOD****

I will be there each morning and evening to assist as normal classes will still be conducted.  Please notify me separately if you cannot seem to fit this in.  I am in hopes that the majority of you can get to one of the above times, as we coaches are spread pretty thin this week!!
