 Since we just did 13.3 (12.4) last week, we’ll make up another WOD for today. If you still want to do 13.3 today, come on in and give it a whirl and bring a friend to keep score.  We will be doing our competitor workout this Saturday also.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
4 Shoulder Press (75/45)
8 Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (75/45)
12 Front Squat (75/45)
