M.E. @ 90 % of 1 RM

M.E @ 90 % of 1 RM

Then

AMRepsAP in 10 minutes of:

Buy in: 12 Front Squats(225/150)

12 Handstand Pushups

12 Box Jumps(24/20)

12 Ring Dips

Athlete must complete the 12 Front Squats before starting the HSPU/BJ/RD rounds.

*The Front Squats do not count as reps
