**Attention:  For the next month, we will NOT charge athletes for the yoga sessions.  Still sign up for the classes like you normally would, but we’ll make sure your account will not be charged.  Why are we doing this?  We want you all to try it out and to see that yoga is an excellent compliment to CrossFit.  If you are one of those CrossFitters who is in perpetual pain and discomfort from sore and tight muscles/joints, you should consider adding yoga to your fitness regimen.**


EMOM for 7 min 3 Deadlifts @ 70% 1RM

Then 10 min AMRAP

4 Deadlifts(225/150)

12 KB Snatch to Lunge (6/arm)(1.5/1p)

6 Ring Dips
