8 minutes to:

Run 1 mile

On the 8th minute a 12 minute AMRepAP begins of:

75 Air Squats

50 Sit Ups

25 Burpees

For every second under 8 minutes on the Run an athlete will get 1 rep (and extra rest) before the 12 minute AMRepAP.  Score is (seconds under 8 minutes + total reps in AMRepAP).  If athlete takes longer than 8 minutes on Run, they lose out on rest and cut into their AMRepAP time.
