Paleo Challenge
Kick off date is 22OCT2012 (Monday)!!
You must have your BodPod Results and $$ turned in NLT than 22OCT12. There is a folder at Templar in which you may submit both. Our last group BODPOD is tomorrow am at the U of M Rec Center. To carpool, come to Templar at 0745 and hop in with someone. If you prefer to drive, please be to the U of M Rec Center at 0820. No food or water before you come and wear spandex (and a sports bra for the ladies). The cost is right around $20.00.
For those that have expressed interest, I have sent you all 2 emails within the last 2 days about information for the challenge. If you have not received anything from us, please email sam@crossfittemplar.com. We will be using the Whole30 model for the first 30 days.
