“Kick Back”

Back Squat 5 – 3 – 1+ – 1+
(Athlete will perform 5 Back Squats @ 70% of 1 Rep Max, 3 Back Squats @ 80% of 1RM, and two sets of 1+ Back Squats at 90% of 1RM.)
