“Cat Call”

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are AIR SQUATS, the second 8 are PUSH-UPS, the third 8 intervals are PARALLETTE JUMPS, the fourth 8 intervals are DECK SQUATS, and finally, the last 8 intervals are BURPEES. There is no rest between exercises.

Take the lowest achieved rep for the 5 exercises and add for total score.
