Isabel-30 Snatches(135/95)

Fran-21-15-9 reps of of Thrusters(95/65) and Pullups

Grace-30 Clean and Jerks(135/95)

Elizabeth 21-15-9 reps of Squat cleans(135/95) and Ring Dips

Each athlete will have 1 barbell bell. They will do Isabel first then continue on in the listed WODs until time expires. You can break up reps/rest as needed. Score is total number of  reps completed.
