10 Wallballs (20/14 @ 10ft)
Max Effort 10M Shuttle Run
1 minute Rest

*If plank is broken athlete must execute 3 burpees for every time broken. Burpees are to be executed after 60 second plank and wallballs are complete (prior to shuttle run).

Score is total number of 10M completed.
