3 Rounds for Time:
30 Wallballs (20/14 @ 10ft)
15 Alternating Lunges with Wallball overhead
*If the Wallball touches the ground or is propped up against the wall at any point during the 3 rounds athlete must stop and execute 10 Hand Release Push-ups.
