“Monkeys Don’t Cry”

Back Squats:  5 reps @ 70%, 3 reps @ 80% and M.E. @ 90%.  All % are based off of your Back Squat 1 rep max.  The objective is to execute your lifts every 2 minutes.

THEN

“10 Minute Cindy”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Pull Ups (or 3 Muscle Ups)

10 Hand Release Push Ups

15 Air Squats
