Rest exactly 2 minutes after completing the 3 RFT, then attempt M.E. Muscle Ups for 2 minutes. Subtract 30 seconds from METCOM time for every M/U executed.
If you can’t do Muscle Ups, then attempt M.E. Pull Ups for 1 minute and Ring Dips for 1 minute. Subtract 10 seconds from METCOM time for every P/U and Ring Dip executed.
