3×5 max effort for Push Press or Push Jerk*Can be taken from racks

Then

EMOM until failure

10m Run

Increase one 10m run every minute until failure

For example

1st minute 1-10m sprint

2nd minute 2-10m sprints

3rd minute 3-10m sprints

Go until you cannot complete the required number of sprints in the 1 minute time limit

*Minimum time of work is 10 minutes
