Here’s how it will work: The timer for the WODs will start at 1200, 1240 and 1300. There will be a 35 minute time cap with a 5 minute change over before the timer starts for the next heat. Athletes will warm up on their own, SO GET TO THE GYM WITH ENOUGH TIME TO WARM UP BEFORE YOUR HEAT STARTS. The gym will open at 1130 for the first heat to get warmed up. IF YOU DON’T SIGN UP, YOU DON’T WORK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
