1 Squat Snatch

2 Overhead Squats

5 min EMOM

10 Burpees

5 min EMOM

1 Squat Clean

2 Front Squats

5 min EMOM

10 Burpees

Score is total weight moved. For example if Jimmy does 100# for Snatches and OHS he will have

moved 1,500# at the end of 5 minutes. Athlete may change weight during the workout, but lifts

have to be completed in sets, 1 Squat and 2 OHS need to be unbroken. Athlete must compete all

burpees in order to RX.
