Skill work on muscle up drills(dead hang pullup/ring dip, scaled muscle up, transitions, bar muscle up,  muscle ups for reps)

Then for time

Row 40 calories, 40 Burpees, 80 situps

Row 30 calories, 30 Burpees, 60 situps

Row 20 calories, 20 Burpees, 40 situps

Row 10 calories, 10 Burpees, 20 situps

*Reminder Yoga at 5:00pm class
