2 minutes to perform 10 Dead-Hang Chin Ups and with remaining time Max Effort Air Squats.

1 minute Rest.

Time ends when you accrue 400 Air Squats.  If you can’t execute the required 10 D.H. CUs in 2 minutes, modify by dropping the reps by two.



For those that are interested in entering either the 90-day OR the 180-day Paleo Challenge, please email sam@crossfittemplar.com no later than 20OCT2012. **If Sam has not emailed you directly or responded to your request with an email, then you are not officially signed up.

If you have contacted Sam to register and have already done the BodPod, there is a black folder at the gym in which you can place your results and $$ in.  Please do so this week!


There will be a group doing the BodPod at the U of M on 20OCT (it is a requirement to do the BodPod to enter the challenge). Paul “Beanie” Nobles is the POC for this, please feel free to email him if you have specific questions (P.nobles@comcast.net).  You can either meet us at the U of M Rec Center at 0820 OR meet the group at Templar at 0745 to carpool.
