Here’s a nasty little workout our competitors endured at the Granite Games. There are several divisions: Master’s (45 y/o and up), Scaled, Partner and AsRX. Find a division that suits you–feel free to team up and do the Partner version. (Round the women’s weight UP to the nearest five.)

One partner works while the other rests, you may switch at at any time as long as all reps are completed and done in order.
