“Granite Games 5.o”

Here’s a nasty little workout our competitors endured at the Granite Games.  There are several divisions:  Master’s (45 y/o and up), Scaled, Partner and AsRX.  Find a division that suits you–feel free to team up and do the Partner version.  (Round the women’s weight UP to the nearest five.)

AsRX

For time:

45 Toes-toBar

then 3 rounds of:

15 Deadlifts (185/123)

15 Back Squats (185/123)

MASTER’S

30 Toes-to-Bar

then 3 rounds of:

15 Deadlifts (135/93)

15 Back Squats (135/93)

—-

SCALED

30 Toes-to-Bar

then 3 rounds of:

15 Deadlifts (115/83)

15 Back Squats (115/83)

—-

PARTNER

For time:

60 Toes-to-Bar

then 5 round of:

15 Deadlifts (185/123)

15 Back Squats (185/123)

One partner works while the other rests, you may switch at at any time as long as all reps are completed and done in order.
