“STONE BREAKER”

Every 2 minutes perform 3 OHS @ 70% of 1 rep max for 5 sets.

THEN

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

75 Wallballs  (20#/14# @ 10′)

50 D/Us

25 Toes-to-Bars

(For the OHS, take the weight off the rack and perform a Behind the Neck Jerk in order to get weight in overhead position.)
