“Bedlam ”

EMOM for 6 sets of with
80% of Squat Clean 1RM:
1 Squat Clean
2 Front Squat
1 Jerk
(Once the athlete stands
from the initial Clean, then
he’ll perform 2 front
squats and end the
sequence with a Jerk.)


For time:
1000 m Row
50 Wall Balls
20 Dead Hang Chin Ups
(12 minute time cap.)
