Athletes planks must remain unbroken to RX the workout. Meaning you cannot drop out of the plank at any point in the 1 min time domain. Score is the number of reps achieved in the 3 min AMRAPS. If you break the plank, there is a a 1 minute wall sit penalty for every infraction paid at the end of the WOD.
