10 Burpees
20 KB Swings(1.5p/1p)
30 Deadlift(115/75)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Double Unders
The movements can be partitioned in any manner. Only one person is allowed to work at one time while the other person rest. If you don’t have a partner you can still show up and we will get a partner for you.
