In teams of 3 complete the following:
Run 200m each (relay style)
150 Lunges with plate (45#/35#)
100 Pull-ups
75 Box Jumps (30?/24?)
Run 200m each (relay style)
Rules:
1 person works
1 person holds bar off ground the ground (175/115lbs)
1 person rests
* If the bar hits the ground, 10 burpees for each person!
