Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
4 x Muscle Ups*
5 x Box Jumps (30/24)
6 x 1 Arm OH KB Squats (3/arm)(2p/1.5p)

* Modify with 12 Pull Ups & 12 Dips
