Strength:12 minutes to find Squat Clean One Rep Max

2 minute Rest / WOD Set-up

Met Con:Aching Arch
12 minute AMRAP
1 min Plank Hold*
4 Squat Cleans (75% of 1RM)
*If athlete brakes the plank they must execute 5 burpees immediately and then resume plank where they left off. For example is athlete brakes at 40 seconds they immediately do 5 burpees then complete their remaining 20 seconds of the plank.
