4 Sumo Deadlift(275/185)

6 KB Goblet Squats(1.5p/1p)

8 Seated Wallballs(20/14)

(A seated wallball is where the athlete is in a seated position facing the wall and throws the ball to the target.  It’s very similar to a wallball except the athlete is not using any hip or leg drive…so they probably suck even more.  The height of the target will be equivalent to the athlete’s height.)
