7 Burpees

7 Air Squats

7 KB Swings (2p/1.5p)

We’ll see who can keep this sequence up the longest.  At a minimum, the athlete will do 20 minutes.  If the athlete can’t maintain the pace, decrease each exercise in the sequence by 1 rep.
