4 Power Cleans
4 Front Squats
4 Shoulder to Overhead

Try to maintain this pace for 20 minutes. If you can’t, drop the reps to 3’s and so on. Score will be 4 points for every successfully completed sets at 4 reps, 3 points for every successfully completed sets at 3 reps and so on. No points for a set where all the reps are not completed.
