Interests: Time with family and friends, cheering my kids on in their activities, reading, and anything on or in the water…and Crossfit!

Coaching Philosophy: Since I work mostly with the new members, one thing I see over and over again is that walking through the door can be a huge accomplishment.
Once people make the commitment I hear a variety of reasons as to why they have joined Crossfit: to lose weight, become faster, bored with old training, want muscles, etc. For me, the best part is watching them get much more out of Crossfit then they originally intended. It is a mental strength that people gain that makes Crossfit an all inclusive lifestyle change. Greg Glassman says, “The greatest adaptation to CrossFit takes place between the ears.” And the best part – you never get bored, always have something to strive for, and you’ll learn more about yourself then you had intended all with a great group of athletes!
