Beanie will be taking another group to the U of M tomorrow (3Aug12) at 0730 for BodPod testing.  He needs one more person to complete the reservation.  We highly encourage participation, especially those that want a starting point or to get an idea of how far you have come in terms of body composition.  Please leave a reply if you’re interested and we’ll get you in contact with Paul aka Beanie or message him on Facebook.  Thanks!
